Wonder of wonders, miracle of miracles- Juner.

Everyone we know with a boy has assured us that one day Henry would wake up and no longer refuse to potty train. And it seems like that day has finally come. Yesterday, we gave underpants a try while Henry was home with a little success and a few accidents.

This morning, we woke up and went straight into Henry's borrowed training pants (thanks Annalisey). Then we started pushing the pink lemonade and waited for things to happen.
And Henry did great! He kept his underpants dry all day and only had one accident right before bedtime. Not bad for the first day!

And as a reward for his hard work, he was able to pick out a new car movie toy from Grandma Cooper (who scored the whole town of Radiator Springs playset at a church sale). Hopefully tomorrow goes just as well!

Since mama had her hands full with Henry's potty training, I had to do my best to make sure things didn't stay too quiet. (Check out my cute scrubs!) I kept things exciting by crying most of the day because my teeth hurt and mama wouldn't let me throw things in the potty while Henry sat on it. (Don't get mama started on how grossed out she is that her kids now play in the bathroom. Yuck.)

Then I cleaned out all of the cabinets enough to climb inside them.

I was actually standing up in this one.

Now over to the pans and mixing bowls. I found the potatoes in the back and tried to eat the eyes off of them. (We don't eat many potatoes.)

And finally to the pans. I'm very pleased with myself because now I can stand next to a cabinet and open the doors all by myself.

Yup, this is the one I wanted.
In case you were wondering what I was wearing, mama calls it "Wisconsin dressing." Essentially, you put on your normal clothes, a long sleeve shirt and jeans, then you put a dress on top of it. Timeless style.
Lately, I've been very interested in my Gugger. Specifically, I want to know what's under that hat! I spent a good 20 minutes today trying to tug it off! I like to be able to see all my dolls' faces and it's driving my crazy that I can't see Gugger's.
