Playing in the sink- Henry.

My very favorite thing to do these days- besides overusing the phrase "You Guys" and wrestling my toys away from Juner- is to play in the sink.
Mama really didn't care for this at first because she feels that sinks are dirty. But she's been vigilant about washing it and figures if I can eat oranges off the floor of a Wendy's, then I'll probably live through this too. Plus it keeps me occupied for at least 15 minutes a pop 3 times a day.

Now she just has to deal with the guilt of wasting water. She's devising a plan to use the toilet less to offset our water use, but so far it's not working. I'm also helping save water because I refuse to let her put the water "down the drame." There must always be 1 inch of water in each basin. Well, when it's not covering me. Mama was outside doing laundry when I managed to almost overflow one basin.

One good thing that has come of this is that the floors stay clean, because it's my job to mop up the floor when I'm done playing.

Here's a video of me in action. You've probably noticed the trend that when it comes to water, mama's main interest is to see if she can convince me to put my head in it. Grow up mama.

It happened- Juner.

Mama wasn't that concerned about when I crawled until she saw that baby Owen (me plus one day) was very close to crawling too. Since Mr. Kyle is now tied with her in their fantasy football league (poor papa is 0-6), she felt that old competition stirring in her blood and decided to get the cattle prod out.

I've been pretty close, but it's hard to make any progress when your older brother is always laying on top of you.

The last night, I took my first crawl. It just took the motivation of Henry's toys that I'm not allowed to have.

I am very pleased with myself and threw a little dance party to celebrate. So what's the word Owen? Are you crawling too?
