Weekend outdoors- Juner.

It was 70 degrees all weekend long, so we decided to get outside.
We visited the Greensboro Natural Science Center, which has an awesome children's museum (with dinosaurs!) and a small zoo. We got to see a zookeeper feed the gibbons. We were corrected when we called them monkeys- they're actually lesser apes.

This goat and I shared the proper amount is disdain for each other.

Watch out for this giant preying mantis! Don't worry- it's just me.

After this, mama's battery died, so there aren't any pictures of our barbeque picnic with Mister Paul and Miss Susan or the aftermath when we tore up their house. They've got the most fun stairs to climb.

This morning, mama went a little overboard with warm weather clothes. But I do make a cute sailor.
Mama's been wondering when more of my teeth were going to come in. So you can imagine how surprised she was when she tipped me upside down yesterday and saw that I had two molars! It's an unusual order for teeth to grow in, but at least they're coming. Now I have two bottom front teeth and two upper molars.

We decided to visit a new park (after mama dressed me in appropriate park clothes).

Despite my pink shirt, shoes, and hair bow, most people still confused me for a boy. Are girls seriously not allowed to wear any blue at all?

Henry had fun playing on the playground, but it took him a good 90 minutes to get up the nerve to go down any slide.

Henry must have grown since Christmas because suddenly none of his clothes fit. The 24 month pants still sag around the waist, but are getting too short. And all of his 3T shirts now show a good amount of belly.

While Henry raced around, I tried to crawl everything.

Henry brought his model race car to the playground, which instantly made him the most popular kid there.

He and 3 other little boys had a good time launching it down the slide.

Then he an another little boy spent an hour driving the race car to the grocery store and racing down the hills. The little boy was nice, because he didn't mind Henry's ever showing midriff.

The park was a huge success because I fell asleep before our car even left the parking lot and Henry barely made it through lunch before he threw a huge fit and had to be put straight to bed.

June makes a cuter sailor than I ever did!

Henry,

Looks like you made some new friends. The boy with the race car can always make friends, especially if he shares it like you did.

Love,
