Roper Mountain- Henry.

We took our time getting home from the Lowcountry. We decided to stop in Greenville to see their drive-through Christmas display.

Good thing we got there right as the gate opened because that place was packed. There was another walk-through winter wonderland. I was very willing to pose in all the cut-outs.

But June and I refused to pose with Santa. Mama was bummed because this Santa was the best looking Santa she'd ever seen, with a great suit and a real beard. Plus he sat in a sleigh posed in front of 10 beautifully decorated trees. It was so nice they didn't let you take pictures and you had to buy the ones from the photographer. Mama would have spent the $8 if we would have agreed to it. No such luck.
We did agree to roasting marshmallows and walking through the huge Christmas cards made by local elementary schools.

At the end of the walk, we got to sit in a sleigh of our own.

Eat your heart out Santa!

We posed as snowmen then got back in the car to drive through the lights. They were awesome and even had the animated toy machine that shoot presents out of the machine and into a bag. Mama loves that one.

We got home tonight and cleaned out the car (including taking out June's car seat as she chugged about 20 bottles of water today and peed everywhere!). Papa put us down to bed while mama unpacked. We were so zonked after 4 days of late nights, no naps, and big fun that we went straight to bed without a peep.

And the best part of this Sunday night? We're finally caught up with our blogging after almost 4 weeks of being consistently behind! Consider this your first Christmas present!
